This course provides a learning experience that helps develop strategies for making ethical decisions among insurance professionals and their clients.
- Heighten awareness of potential issues through discussions of work-based ethics vignettes using insurance agency specific case studies.
- Develop skills in ethical reasoning to support thoughtful and defendable decisions about ethics issues. These skills promote greater ethical awareness by removing the blinders that limit our ethical vision.
- Increase participants’ professionalism and strengthen the role of ethics in productive business relationships between agents/brokers and insurers.
