In insurance, Big Data and Digital Transformation has increased the amount of information to be stored, managed, and secured. Industry professionals must prepare to leverage data and advanced analytics for business value. Organizations are moving from historical analysis and statistical modeling techniques, to predictive analytics to focus on what can happen in the future. While this data explosion creates opportunities, it also brings risks.

Data Management is critical to manage these risks and to enable a data driven organization. By attending this seminar, participants will learn about the latest data and technology trends that affect insurers and their customers, and understand how a sound data management framework can help address these challenges and opportunities.

Instructors: Dr. Hema Chaurasia, CPCU, CIDM, Adjunct Professor, Olivet College; Richard Morales, CPCU, Manager, Statistical Data Management, ISO
